This policy explains how Fyno ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on fynopayments.co.uk, the Fyno app and Fyno payment pages. Fyno is a trading name of Simon Webb, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: support@fynopayments.co.uk.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. We call them all "cookies" in this policy.
2. Our approach
We keep cookies to a minimum. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not share cookie data with advertisers.
Under UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025):
- Strictly necessary cookies don't need your consent.
- Analytics cookies used only to improve our own website, and cookies that remember your preferences, can be used without consent, provided we explain them clearly and let you opt out free of charge. You can opt out at any time using "Cookie settings" in the website footer.

4. Payment pages
When you pay a business through a Fyno link, we use only strictly necessary cookies and the optional "remember my bank" preference. When you continue to your bank, our payment partner and your bank may use their own cookies under their own policies.
5. Managing cookies
- On our site: click "Cookie settings" in the footer at any time to opt out of preference and analytics cookies, or to give or withdraw consent for others.
- In your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as signing in, from working.
6. Changes
We'll update this policy if the cookies we use change. The "last updated" date shows when it last changed.
